Read the project dashboard
The Dashboard tracks key metrics and assignments for a project. It answers three questions: how much is open, where it concentrates, and who is behind.
Required role: any project role. What you see is scoped to what you're allowed to see — a Guest's dashboard reflects their own company's issues.
The four headline cards

If no issue has been completed yet, Avg. Completion Time shows N/A rather than a misleading zero.
Summary figures
- Overdue Issues — past their due date. Shows No overdue issues when clear.
- Overdue Soon — Due this week.
- Overall Progression — the project's completion percentage.
Issue insights
The Issue Insights section breaks the same population down four ways, so you can see how quality issues distribute across priorities, phases, zones and assignments.

Companies and Trades are each ranked by most open issues — the fastest way to find who's holding up the project.
Where issues concentrate
Where issues concentrate lists locations sorted by urgency rather than by raw count. A zone with three blocking defects ranks above a zone with twelve cosmetic ones.
The progression legend
Progression figures are colour-coded against fixed thresholds:

Filters
The filter bar narrows every card at once. Filter by phase and by zone — All Phases and All Zones are the defaults, and No Phase isolates issues that were never assigned one.
No Phase and Unassigned are worth checking weekly. Issues that slipped through without a phase or an assignee are the ones that go missing before reception.
Upcoming deadlines and recent activity
Upcoming deadlines lists what's due next, with View overdue to jump straight to what's already late. Recent activity shows the latest changes across the project.
Empty states
A new project shows No data available — "Once activity is recorded, insights will appear here." That's expected until issues exist.
